Moving to Spain comes with certain essentials in my view, and installing solar panels is one of those. To move from high cost energy in the UK to low or no cost energy is a no brainer...but getting the right installer is vital.
I was very pleased to discover MiSolar and while they are based a bit distant from where we live in Spain, Jack and the team nevertheless, made the effort to come to us and assess our needs.
We chose solar panels; a Tesla battery for storage; a pool heater AND replacements of aircon units.
The solar installation required planning permission which Rachel diligently achieved for us. Jack took us through all the processes and then the installation period saw various excellent staff members: Steve, Renko, Ian, James and Gary working VERY hard to achieve our goals. (I hope I haven't missed anyone because they all worked hard and deserve a name check).
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and as an English speaker who is yet to learn the language...these guys took the pressure off us and gave us the confidence to proceed.

Jack and Gareth in the office are excellent very good customer service. Will help you with anything. The boys who came to fit the panels were great fun. Steve and his team. I gave them coffee and biscuits. They fitted them well within the time scale. They cleared up afterwards.
Gary even helped me carry a very large plant from bottom of the garden to the driveway.
I would highly recommend Mi solar.

I took the leap having pondered getting a solar storage battery for some time and invited competitive quotes including one from Jack at Misolar. Having had my solar panes installed over two years ago by MiSolar, I was familiar with the team as well,although had not worked with Jack before.

After looking at all the options I asked Mi Solar to install a Tesla PowerWall with the Gateway for off grid consumption. Mi Solar were competitive and very engaged with the project, stuck to schedules and quote. The only glitch we had was the late delivery of the Tesla Gateway, but the team were on it, kept me informed and Gary was superb with his installation, both competence and attitude.

I believe I was there first Powerwall customer, and happy to vouch for their approach and execution.

We asked Mi Solar to attend our property as we thought we had a problem with our solar control board. This was not the case but Mi Solar identified the failure to a short circuit in an outside power point. Obviously nothing to do with them but thankfully cured the problem. We are very grateful.

We have just completed the process of having solar panels. The panels were installed in June by a professional, courteous friendly team and everything went very smoothly.
Phil was very helpful with the initial quote and Jack has guided us through the process taking time to explain everything.
We were warned that the paperwork could take a while to complete but everything has only taken 8/9 weeks.

We highly recommend MiSolar and will not hesitate to use them again if we decide to expand our system.

6 months later we decided to have an EV car charger installed and didn't hesitate to contact Jack again. Within a week of asking for a quote our new system was up and running. They worked out the most discreet way of installation in keeping with the property and carried the work out very quickly and efficiently. They are a very friendly and helpful team and always take time to explain everything. Highly recommended.

The process was seamless thanks to Jack and Phil in particular the the guys that did the installation were brilliant

What we loved about MiSolar is their honesty- we wanted to get solar panels because it felt like the right thing to do given the climate here in Spain. For us it has never been about return on investment. As relatively low energy users already on a great deal from the grid the figures just didn't stack up if it was about getting our money back quickly and they told us that. They actually said that they didn't want us paying out for solar panels if it was going to take years to get payback. We basically had to tell them that we were fine with that. How many other companies would have done that I wonder and potentially lost a sale. Definitely no hard selling from these guys - they listened to us and we got a great deal.

Vorige maand hebben we 17 zonnepanelen laten installeren door Misolar op het dak van ons huis. Al vanaf het eerste contact verliep alles helemaal soepel. Zowel de intake, offerte als de installatie waren snel geregeld. De (Engelssprekende) mannen die de zonnepanelen kwamen installeren waren altijd op tijd, werkten netjes en heel professioneel. Ze wisten waar ze mee bezig waren en we zijn heel tevreden met het resultaat. De omvormer gaf de eerste paar dagen een foutmelding en dat zijn ze direct netjes komen oplossen. Ze denken met je mee en kijken echt heel specifiek naar hoe het het beste voor jouw huis geregeld kan worden. En tot slot, het fijne is dat ze ook al het papierwerk regelen om uiteindelijk stroom terug te kunnen leveren naar het net.

The team in the office are always super responsive to any questions and the guys on site have worked hard to get us up and running in no time at all. Even though life is hectic, sometimes you are compelled to sit down and write a review. We are new to Javea having moved last July from Lanzarote. We were having different alterations done to our villa and decided to explore solar power. I enquired and had several quotes and then suddenly came across Misolar. Wow what an amazing find. From the initial survey to completed installation and after service. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single person we have dealt with including and particularly the owner Phil have been nothing but totally helpful, polite and efficient.
